Park City’s Historic Main Street is aligned with unique restaurants, boutiques and art galleries, as well as the Egyptian Theatre where you can enjoy local productions. The Sundance Film Festival, Arts Festival, Fourth of July Parade, Park Silly Market and many other events speckle the area, providing excitement and entertainment throughout the year. The surrounding areas of Park Meadows, Prospector Square and Thaynes Canyon offer exceptional family living within minutes of schools, recreation and all three ski resorts.

Old Town

Park City, Utah, has been crowned the most well-preserved mining town in the West. After the discovery of silver in 1868, this small mining camp grew into a town of miners, gamblers, merchants, saloon keepers and ladies of the evening. After the city’s 1884 incorporation, mining flourished until the 1930s and gradually declined into the 1960s. The first ski resort opened in 1963 which was the beginning of establishing one of the most popular ski destinations in the country. Park City Mountain Resort is the largest ski resort in North America and connects Canyons Village, the Park City Base area and Main Street. Town Lift offers easy access to the slopes and Main Street with its boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and bars.

The Old Town Park City real estate area encompasses most of the area from Historic Main Street to Park City Mountain Resort to the Park City Municipal Golf Course and past the charmingly City Park. Largely as a result of historical preservation, Old Town has retained its small, old-western mining town charm. However, some upscale condominiums such as the Sky Lodge, the Caledonian and Marsac Mill Manor compliment beautifully restored historic homes. In the most recent years new contemporary projects have been added to the Old Town real estate inventory: 205 Main Street – Brownstone Living, 820 Park Avenue, Sky Strada, Sky Silver, Parkite and the Roundabout. Park City is known for its art scene, top of the line restaurants and greatest snow on Earth.
