First-quarter real estate sales hit record numbers, as buyers from California, Texas and other parts of the country flocked to Park City and the Wasatch Back, where real estate continues to represent a great value. Homes and condominiums sold with a vengeance, sometimes before listings went live. Among the stars of the show were new-construction projects in Deer Valley’s Empire Pass, Canyons Village and around the Jordanelle. Heber Valley and Midway homes were also absorbed at a record pace. And, single-family lot sales were robust, attracting buyers seeking the beauty and seclusion of Utah’s mountains.
