It’s all too exciting this holiday season, with both Park City Mountain and Deer Valley® Resort opening early to incredible snow and added terrain daily. Holiday lights adorn the trees, skating rinks open and the wafting smell of hot chocolate conjures memories of holidays past. This truly is the most wonderful time to celebrate the beauty of Park City and the Wasatch Mountains.
Likewise, the real estate market continues at a comfortable pace, as supply climbs and buyer demand remains strong. Inventory is somewhat light for this time of year, however, there’s plenty from which to choose in most categories and price points.
