Her success started as the co-founder of C&S Creative Services in 1987, an award-winning local advertising agency specializing in developing creative campaigns for premier Wasatch Back real estate and resort clients. Cathy has produced extraordinary results for luxury buyers and sellers, including facilitating the sale of billions of dollars in real estate throughout Utah.

A long-time resident, Cathy has served on local non-profit and government boards around the state. She is a licensed real estate broker and member of the Park City Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and has been recognized as a Top Performer in the real estate industry, nationwide. 

Cathy was among the first participants in Park City’s Leadership 2000 program and was selected to participate in Salt Lake City’s first cohort of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Her work with local government and professional organizations continues to benefit the mountain lifestyle that we all enjoy today. Most of all, Cathy enjoys sharing her unique knowledge of the local real estate market with Buyers, Sellers and Investors throughout the Wasatch Back.

Cathy is a 38-year Park City resident, originally from Dayton, Ohio. She treasures the active lifestyle that Utah provides and can often be found hiking, backcountry skiing, riding horses, practicing yoga and sampling local cuisine at one of Park City’s many restaurants. Cathy and her husband, Skip, have raised two children in Park City and live in town with their horses, dogs and kitten.
