Her success started as the co-founder of C&S Creative Services in 1987, an award-winning local advertising agency specializing in Utah real estate and resort clients. Cathy has produced extraordinary results for luxury buyers and sellers, including facilitating the sale of billions of dollars in real estate throughout the area.

Cathy is an active member of the Park City community and has served on many local non-profit and civic boards. She is a licensed real estate broker and member of the Park City Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, along with a long-time member of the Park City Chamber/Bureau, Leadership Park City and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses. Cathy’s work with local government and professional organizations has contributed to the Wasatch Back lifestyle that we all enjoy today. Cathy is a 37-year Park City resident, originally from Dayton, Ohio. She treasures the active lifestyle that Utah’s mountains provide and can often be found hiking, backcountry skiing, riding horses, practicing yoga and savoring one of Park City’s local restaurants. Cathy and her husband, Skip, have raised two children in Park City and live in town with their horses, dogs and barn cat.
