Cathy provides incomparable knowledge of the Park City real estate market. Her success started as the co-founder of C&S Creative Services in 1987, an award-winning local advertising agency specializing in Utah real estate and resort clients. Cathy has produced extraordinary results for luxury buyers and sellers, including facilitating the sale of billions of dollars in real estate throughout Utah.

Cathy is an active member of the Park City community and has served on civic and non-profit boards around the state. She is a licensed real estate broker and member of the Park City Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and recipient of Berkshire Hathaway’s Gold Achievement Award – placing her among the top 1% of her colleagues nationwide. In addition, Cathy was among the first participants in Park City’s Leadership 2000 program and was selected to participate in Salt Lake City’s first cohort of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Cathy’s work with local government and professional organizations has contributed to the Wasatch Back lifestyle that we all enjoy today. Cathy is a 37-year Park City resident, originally from Dayton, Ohio. She treasures the active lifestyle that Utah’s mountains provide and can often be found hiking, backcountry skiing, riding horses, practicing yoga and savoring one of Park City’s local restaurants. Cathy and her husband, Skip, have raised two children in Park City and live in town with their horses, dogs and kitten.
