Cathy provides unparalleled knowledge of the Park City real estate market. Her success started as the co-founder of C&S Creative Services in 1987, an award-winning local advertising agency specializing in marketing and sales campaigns for premier Utah and Wasatch Back resorts and real estate clients. Cathy has produced exceptional results for luxury buyers and sellers, including facilitating the sale of Billions of Dollars in Real Estate throughout Utah.

A long-time Park City resident, Cathy has served on local non-profit boards around the state. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker, member of the Park City Board of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors and has been recognized as a Top Performer in the real estate industry. 

Cathy was among the first participants in Park City’s Leadership 2000 program and was selected to participate in Salt Lake City’s first cohort of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Her work with local government and professional organizations continues to benefit the mountain lifestyle we all enjoy today. Most of all, Cathy enjoys sharing her unique knowledge of the area with Buyers, Sellers and Investors throughout the Wasatch Back.

Cathy is a 40-year Park City resident, originally from Dayton, Ohio. She continues to enjoy Utah’s active lifestyle everyday, including hiking, backcountry skiing, riding horses – and sampling local cuisine at one of the area’s many great restaurants.
