Jordanelle, Hideout, Tuhaye

The Jordanelle area is named for the reservoir it surrounds and presents an abundance of year-round recreation with unparalleled mountain and water-front scenery. NEW MAYFLOWER EXPANSION

The new Mayflower Mountain Resort is located just off the Mayflower Exit of U.S. 40, along the back side of Deer Valley® Resort. Construction is well under way and the new chairlifts and ski infrastructure are scheduled to be complete in time for the 2024/2025 ski season. The resort includes 4,300 skiable acres, 15 chairlifts and one express gondola. Real estate is currently available for purchase, including luxury lots, homes and condominiums.

Marcella is a gated community offering prime ski lots with golf and club amenities at the base of the resort.
