It finally feels like summer in the Wasatch Mountains, as the Park City area greens and our surrounding peaks become speckled with wildflowers. Main Street is humming with passers by from throughout the nation, taking in the scenery while window shopping and stopping for a beer and burger at the No Name or ice cream at Java Cow – right next the BHHS sales gallery. The Sunday Silly Market is gearing up, as are local Farmer’s Markets, concerts and more. Ahhhhh.

The Heber Valley area was hot, hot, hot last year and now, I expect to see a rise in Kamas Valley real estate, with incoming developments and large parcels of land for sale.
As summer beckons, you can count on me for local knowledge and professional insight to ensure you find the real estate you’re searching for – and sell your properties for the highest dollar. The Wasatch Back market is complex and I’d love to help guide you through it.
