December 2023 presents the most wonderful time of year to enjoy Park City and the Wasatch Back! The ski slopes are open and world-class recreation abounds. From snow globe strolling down Main Street to sleigh rides in Heber and Kamas, there are so many ways to celebrate the season and get outside in this crisp, cool air. I like to head out for a snow shoe or cross-country ski on a quiet trail, then take in the mountain views by a warm fire.And, speaking of real estate…there’s a beaming array of inventory coming to market this winter. Most notably, the Mayflower Jordanelle area is presenting new options with close proximity to Deer Valley’s new ski resort and mountain village. Scheduled to open by the 2025/2026 winter season, the new resort is already attracting buyers seeking early opportunities to invest in luxury condominiums, townhomes and homesites with captivating views of the mountains, ski runs and water.
